ABOUT NIKKI ALLAN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Nikki Allan Occupational Therapy is a family-centred and trauma-informed mental health OT practice based in a clinic Castle Hills, NSW. We are passionate about supporting neurodiverse young people and their families who may be experiencing emotional and social difficulties that are impacting on their everyday life, relationships and well-being. We offer intervention that is tailored to the young person and family which may draw on various therapy modalities, including family therapy, sensory processing, play therapy and psychological therapies such as DBT. We are also in the unique position to offer Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) with a trained therapy dog which can beneficial for young people that have difficulties engaging with traditional talk-based therapies.
